The day provides a space to do different mindfulness practices that create a feeling of wellbeing. Beginners can experience how mindfulness can help and those who have some experience of  mindfulness can deepen their practice.

Mindfulness has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve memory, reduce stress, anxiety and pain. Learn practices you can use at home. £50 for the day’s course (concessions if unemployed) Price includes tea, coffee and biscuits- please bring your own lunch.
